SAFETY IN NUMBERS takes place at 6.30pm on the first Saturday of the month (March-December) in the Annandale Neighbourhood Centre, 79 Johnston St, Annandale (NSW) as part of the Sydney Bluegrass and Old-Time Music Get-together.
People come together to have fun learning a couple of bluegrass or old-time country songs and then have the opportunity to perform those songs at the start of the open mic concert at 7.45pm (there's pictures of some of those performances above!).
If you want to get onto the Safety In Numbers Email list, or have a query about Safety In Numbers, send us an email.
However, we've left the information here so you can read about what used to happen until early in 2016. Basically, the Town & Country was sold and the future of the hotel is uncertain.
If another Sinners Sunday Session starts up, we'll let you know!!!
On the third Sunday of the month, the Safety In Numbers group hosts an afternoon and evening of acoustic country, roots & bluegrass music at the Town & Country Hotel, 2 Unwins Bridge Rd, St Peters (NSW).
2pm - Safety In Numbers bluegrass players
4.30pm - Guest Band.
Followed by floor spots and an old-time jam session.
The night ends when everyone has had enough (or the publican calls 'last drinks'). No cover charge, delicious Thai food available. All welcome to come along and listen and join in.
